When you listen generously to people, they can hear truth in themselves, often for the first time.”

Counseling and Coaching

Mary is a guide who offers insights born of experience and awareness. Through deep listening and presence, she opens others to their own clarity and wisdom.

We invite you to give yourself the gift of entering a safe, clear, and supportive place where you can rediscover trust in the living process that is your life; an abiding respect for every single part of our yourself; and a heartfelt compassion for everyone, including yourself.

Everything in life—the good and the bad, the pleasant and the unpleasant, the easy and the difficult—is here for our healing and our awakening.  Mary offers a place where you can gain perspective on all facets of your life, developing greater awareness and compassion so you are equipped to fully engage in the adventure that is your life.

Mary says: "You keep on going back to compulsions because you don’t know how to heal your compulsions, nor do you know how to get to what you were truly hungry for—a deep and satisfying connection with yourself and with life. No wonder you have had moments—and maybe even days and months—when you were depressed and overwhelmed, sure that your compulsions are proof that you are not okay and that you will never be free of them.  Many of us have gone on this way for years, lost in our head, while our feelings tried to grab our attention and our compulsions tried to keep them at bay."
