This program covers the four main ideas of Awareness Meditation: The Art of Being Present; Becoming Bigger than the Whirlwind of Thought; Healing our Relationship with Pain; and Transforming our Inner Judge into an Ally. It also includes a 25-minute meditation on centering and opening.
